All of our microgreens are harvested within 24 hours of delivery to provide the freshest product possible. We are currently offering home deliveries to the Bristow and Nokesville areas on orders of $20 or more ( this includes a $2 delivery fee so only $18 of product is required).

Broccoli Microgreens

Broccoli microgreens are considered the most nutrient rich of all microgreens. They include vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals such as potassium, calcium, and iron. They also support cardiovascular health. The nutrients found in broccoli microgreens can help to lower blood pressure, reduce cholesterol levels, and support healthy blood vessel function.

Cantaloupe Microgreens

Fresh Cantaloupe flavor and aroma. A great addition to summer salads! Contains antioxidants, fiber, Vitamins A,C,E and K.

Radish Microgreens

Radish microgreens pop in color and taste with a spicy kick which are used on many dishes that include grains like pizza, sushi, sandwiches and rice bowls. They contain vitamins A,B,C,E,K, calcium, iron, zinc and amino acids.

Sweet and Crunchy! A great base for salad. Shown to help with cardiovascular health, reducing inflammation and improving gut health.

Flower Power! Sunflower Microgreens

Nutty, sweet and savory. Sunflower micros have a nice crunch. These are great on salads, burgers, and even just snacking. Kids seem to enjoy them as well! Contains protein, calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium.
